WARNING!!!!
I just want to put this warning out there. Please remember all of the news the company has put out and how often they don't execute what they say. Take for example my Buzzbar order. I was one of those that pre-ordered the Buzzbar about a year ago, actually as a Christmas gift for my father who camps with the Boy Scouts every year. We were told it would be sent sometime in the April-May range. Well that never happened and got pushed with another expecation for July time range. Again that never happened. On September 4th they put out another press release stating that shipping has begun, and since I was one of those pre-orders I assumed my father would receive it then. Guess what, it is October 15th and we are still not in possession of a Buzzbar. I sent emails on Sunday and Tuesday (yesterday) asking for a refund or the order to be fulfilled by Wednesday. I was told by their employee Marianne Breum that I could either get a refund or have it shipped to me in two weeks.
Please read my post and use it as a warning that this company CANNOT BE TRUSTED. They like to put out a lot of fluff PR, but when it comes time to actual meet deadlines or just do what they say (even without hard deadlines) they don't.
