Humm, as I'm too busy with real life verses conman's fantasies,, ya just might be on to something there tag..

However I wouldn't be going so far as to say the conman is not in control because, as sole board he'd just increase those voting shares at will.. There's nothing stopping him before, nor anything currently.

Well lets just say, for the 2014 tax year, taking more into personal gains would be dumb, but otherwise with only 4 billion out, he's stretching the dumping season into 2015. Then can burn up more bridges before crossing and add whatever 'voting' share he likes.
