No dilution is good, but there's no excuse as to why Bill is letting the PPS plummet with his silence. He hasn't responded to an email or phone call in months from what I've seen. He also hasn't followed through with anything that he said he would. I'd love for this to turn around, but it's not going to happen on its own. Bill needs to get off his ass and do something productive.
