No, but it's pretty damn good information to release if you're looking for new investors, or for existing shareholders to increase their holdings and raise the share price

on the other side, the lack of data included in these PR's leads investors to speculate either the mangament is incredibly incompetent or they have something to hide (i.e. scam)

not going to hit .02-.03 as some predictions without solid information
