TOUCHDOWN!!!

(is that what a gal should say on a board full of gentlemen? ;) )

For any interested on the DDCC New Orleans facility location and proof of existence~~~

RESEARCH:

I want to make it clear that I conducted this research because I enjoy doing so and does not express any doubt in DDCC as a company. I liked the challenge of finding an "informationally"
obscure location, utilizing only FREE information offered by the internet. If I didn't believe in DDCC I would never have spent the time looking to verify this "needle in the haystack" so to
speak. C-U-R-I-O-S-I-T-Y

THE SLIDELL SLIP ~ It became apparent to me early on in the search that repeatedly, the location for the factory was referred to as New Orleans. I came to my own conclusion that it
must be near Slidell in order for Alan to have mentioned it. Big cities and suburbs all flow together. My guess is that he brings a major road through Slidell to get to the factory located in
New Orleans. This "slip" is a clue.

Over the last couple of days I have compiled a list of suitable facilities that could potentially be DDCC's New Orleans location. I used the following critera to initiate the search, and also to
eliminate results.

WHAT WE KNOW (taken from transcripts, interviews, company statements, news articles, etc)

1. Facility was previously a cement factory/processing plant
2. Is on the water
3. Has rail access
4. Located near major roads/Interstates
5. DDCC is sub-leasing the facility from another company/owner

To begin with, I conducted searches on abandoned cement factories. As I compiled the list, I plugged the addresses into google maps/earth in order to determine if any looked similar to
the DDCC photo on the transprop page of DDCC's website. I placed at the top of my list the location first found by tommy241 (14900 Intracoastal Dr)

I had already begun my research, and would have stopped with his discovery, but I couldn't reconcile the google earth view with the DDCC photo. The DDCC photo showed the 2 towers/tanks, followed closely by other structures. The aerial view of tommy's location seemed promising, but the 2 towers, although they were along side of a structure, should have had other structures in a straight line with them. I use "structure" because I do not know what the correct terms are for those components. Nevertheless, tommy241's find looked close, and remained at the top of the list during my research.

None of the other locations had the 2 pointed-top towers, plus all of the other "ingredients". Additionally, one very important detail in the DDCC photo is the levee that is shown, and the direction it is in relation to the towers...parallel. This is a key identifier.

When I had finished searching for the factories and looking at them from Google Earth view, it was clear that tommy's location was the closest to fitting all criteria. I found it interesting that 3 separate businesses were listed under the same address. (14900 Intracoastal Dr) 1. Buzzi Unicem 2. Agrico Sales 3. Lone Star Industries

I conducted further research on the 3 companies listed at that address. It appeared to me that the property is owned by Lone Star Industries. Buzzi Unicem likely leased the property
from Lone Star and is now sub-leasing to DDCC or DDCC is leasing it from Lone Star. I would think in order for it to be called a "sub-lease" that the original "lessee" would have to be involved.

The New Orleans assessor site does indeed list Lone Star Industries as the current owner.

Assessor's INFO

Agrico Sales is on the same property and has their own building separate from the factory. Their building is owned by Lone Star. Agrico Sales, interestingly, sells items for industry that DDCC will need. [url]www.agricosales.com/LONESTAR/

Also very interesting to me is the website for Lone Star Industries and the services they provide in the Oil and Gas industry.

PROOF:

Finally, last night (October 14, 2014) I found IT. The "smoking gun", the PROOF that DDCC does indeed have a factory and no matter the inconsistencies in the photos, it is INDEED the location that tommy241 posted.

I located a power point-type of presentation. It is in Spanish, and appears to have been used in relation to the Guatemalan deal. There is no sound and you must use the arrow to advance each element. You can use your mouse to zoom in on any aspect of it. Click your way through the presentation until you come to the image entitled "New Orleans Master Plan".

This is a black and white aerial of the 14900 Intracostal Dr. property in New Orleans. All colored/highlighted markups are from DDCC. You will notice that there are no pointed towers
and that that entire area has been squared off. I don't know if they wanted it to appear as a larger buiding, were merely cleaning up the image, or intended to show future plans. What I do
know is that they are the same property. All other buildings and roads are the same. You can view this presentation at the following url:

OR...

I have uploaded to one of my websites the aerial images from Google Earth, and the mark-up image used in DDCC's presentation so you can compare the images in a side-by-side fashion. This makes it much easier to see that they are in fact the same property. I have also uploaded the list of cement factories and their addresses in case anyone wants to do their own checking, as well as street view photos of the property. Please note that as stated by Google Earth the aerial images are from 2014, while the street view is from Oct 2013.
