regarding a potential r/s and toxic guys not wanting it...or when they decide...Conman only owns 1.83% of common votes and has 30,000 pfd a which gets him 3 billion votes...common shares get 1 vote per share....with the issued and outstanding conboy doesn't have MAJORITY vote control any more.... unless he issues himself more pfd a....so to do a r/s or major decision you need majority vote.....has the toxic lenders taken control of eco...not good imo.
