HALB is going to have to clarify this AB thing because if they don't and AB says there isn't jack going on, this is a huge SEC violation.
This will not be the first time HALB has lied to the investors and been in a fraud lawsuit. Seems they lost the one in California and that one cost $100,000 and fees. Not a bad return on investment considering HALB has raked in somewhere close to 3/4 of a million and then some by selling stock on lies.
