From an amateur's point of view it may be, but I think this has been trading differently for a number of weeks, with larger bid sizes, etc. And it seems like it has stepped up in the last week or so. It could very well be not buyers who are looking at charts, but buyers who have decided that anatabine has so much potential and that an FDA decision is imminent. And as NJ said, there are probably buyers on the sidelines with a different risk tolerance who will get in when that next news release comes out--soon I hope.
