If they have already secured the bank to sell the bonds to, which I believe they have; concrete will begin to be poured through the winter months while it is cooler and dryer. Dont forget that Hendry County is all but ready also to begin clearing work as soon as BION gets the ok back for the resolved problem of the storm water drain.
