Of the $1,460,525 YEAR sales and if HD is $472,539 (32%) along with two others at 14% for a total of 60%...that's only $884,803.....hmmmm, do they include equipment sales, is it liquid sales, coating fees? Didn't look too close to K yet but popped out first.
Did see the DTC (depository trust company) has filed an inquiry to Eco's compliance to state and federal laws for all the dtc stock transactions over past 5 years....maybe explains WHY the series B and C convertible stock was initiated as those shares can now be converted at anytime with 60% vwap...so Conman has atleast got around that issue so he can still dump shares to toxic lenders or company would be bankrupt.
