Agree on some, disagree on some. I agree that there isn't much shorting going on. I don't believe it is the company selling though. They (the company) has had net revenue q over q while getting their R&D ready to roll out. If they were going to dilute they would have done it much earlier when the prices were higher. There has been no "pump" (promo or fluffy news). Companies do not dilute 10K shares ($63) of stock. If they needed money that bad there would be a tremendous amount of volume downward.

I agree that this is retail but it is traders. I personally believe that there is a trader or traders doing this. I've seen this before in low float tickers that are not getting high volume. A trader will stack the ask and will also place a high bid. They sell shares to themselves to make it look like there is weakness and the stock is headed south. The idea is to spook other investors and they sell into the bid. Take yesterday for instance. I had an AON bid in. Someone sells the 10k which I caught. Soon after that the bid went to .0065. IMO whomever sold the shares didn't know I was sitting down there and lost their shares. They then moved their bid up to .0065 hoping they got above the AON orders.

I agree and do not think the company is buying shares back. I think the company is hard at work building a business. I plan on sitting back relaxing while trying to scoop up more shares from those trying to bring the price down. Of course this is my opinion too. GLTY $NVOB
