Hudson Bay End Run?

This latest bit of information related to the 8k is interesting. I am aware of the financing that Hudson provided Worlds, and the ensuing change of circumstances that had the CEO Thom Kidrin, rework the deal. What I find very interesting is the timing of the lawsuit filed by Hudson Bay, (for the 5 million shares- and the 900k)and the correction of Options held by the CEO.

My thought is Worlds may be preparing a secondary offering and Hudson Bay is segmenting its potential 5% holdings apart via the injunction requested. Maybe looking to force Worlds to settle to eliminate a cloud on its potential secondary.

Still this litigation is not of great concern, it could be years before this is resolved.
