For the doubters who didn't believe that Google owns 25% of this company...Page 41, Item 12. Although the 10-K looks horrible, one has to ask why Google would retain 25% of this company and why former creditors would accept stock in this company as payment for debt owed...What do they know that we don't? The Spyder is still weaving its web perhaps?
