Spoke to Charlie (DKM) today.
Charlie said that both they (the auditor) and Mark's lawyer have written off on the form 10/audit and now the only place to go is EDGAR which they are in the process arranging for the filing (SO IT WILL BE VIEWABLE to you and I). Looks like this week it should happen.
If not no later than Monday or Tuesday as it only takes 4 days to Edgarize the form 10/audit.
