I hear tell of 5 million shares of Preferred stock being issued.And that it will be issued when PTSC needs to raise funds, like to keep operational for the next year while their cash fund is run dry from the planned delays of the Leckrone company of geniuses. Say what you will about Lecky, but there is some genius there.I admire a person who can keep this many people at bay, all the while collecting and hiding money, what subterfuge, what utter unmitigated gall !!!!! Id like to hang out with the Leckster sometime over some Johnny Walker Blue and talk about how he duped so many supposedly smart and savvy business people.This is high drama, pure and simple, a Television show, movie and documentary could all be made from this story!!! Absolutely fascinating!!!!!!
