No doubt they are doing business. I agree very unlikely they will tell us details on bad deals. However after seeing how they are initially doing business it does not build confidence for me on how well they will do with other deals. Strange and ineffective way to try to turn a profit. Will they do better on any larger deals? Let's hope so. So far not good.

They start off taking over a stock that had rather large debt.

Sold tons of shares to help pay that debt.

Lose money of their inital deals.

Going multiple directions with so little money.

But like you say we can only wait and see what develops. But that does not mean we should not scrutinize the little info we can find out. They need to hits home runs in the beginning here esle our future may include huge dilution to keep things going.
