A broken record here...there were plenty of signs....and folks pointed them out....you didn't want to hear them. And it's hard to give up hope and sell for a loss but it's necessary in the investing world.
As for TW, I don't think he broke any contract...he most likely didn't have a choice and now must honor out the remainder with the ugly green and black bag.
