That would be my reasoning, I really don't see much tax selling, but who knows. My point is why not wait and see.....

Actually I am scratching my head at the selling we do see, and have seen for months. Where are these shares coming from ? The AS has been maxed for a long time. Some of these sales have to be traders cutting their losses and moving on imo, which in turn should reduce the tax selling crowd. The weakness in markets in general also might chip away some more at pennies as I saw this past week.

It's all a guess holter, you and I both know that.....we also know if CBAI would come out of this with any kind of solution that even hints at favorable CBAI will have a nice run.
