BCIT - No doubt there is collaboration between the market makers and the brokers. The generation of illegal markers is not isolated to one or two OTC Pinks. There are NO exceptions as claimed.

NITE, UBSS, PNSN, ETRF, HDSN, VFIN, etc are all willing participants.

With the aiding and abetting of the influence of investor sentiment, it has been a very profitable venture for the collaborating parties thus far.

The US Treasury has been the one to suffer the most from the off-shore routing of ill-gotten gains.

Time for the guilty parties to be rounded up.
