Well another interesting day as the tape shows that there was a sell after the .013 for .017 at 10:59 PST but of course it never showed up as it closed at .013. More and more manipulation for the SEC to look at the MM's playing with this. Someone is going to get busted.

I was just informed the following so a buy must be more than 100 shares to effect the closing price.

"Transactions of less than 100 shares do not affect the LAST price. So a transaction of less than 100 shares cannot change the CLOSE price."
