The question that has to be answered: How long will FS continue to dilute after the RS? Assuming we now have 1.5 Billion OS,we will have 1 Million OS after the 1 for 1500 RS. But the killer is the fact that there will still be 5 Billion AS. If FS sells these shares to raise capital after the RS, FS could dilute the existing shares to an approximate value of minus infinity. Not a rosy picture.Even if FS manages to deliver 200BOD, It will be years before the stock price will improve to where early investors may recover some of their investment.
