cc-The 2nd licensing entity being named is meaningless as we know Lecrone, as of October 9, still has not provided the promised list of companies to license (split with Alliacense) and I have no doubt he will drag his feet on this until ordered by a judge after being threatened with contempt of court. Fortunately that might happen soon as I do not believe the bankruptcy judge can get any reorganization plan approved without this being cleared up. At any rate a loss in the appeals court hearing next month would kill off any decent licensing. I think the HTC appeals is heard 11/14 and they take up to 3 months to render a judgment.
