Let's say he finds whoever it is he is looking for. Waldo? Hoffa? Bigfoot? Then what? A new PR? A new Technical Rebuttal? If one or more are 'experts' from the treating industry, is it inherently bad to cast a net that wide for information? Some might say No. Conboy says 'Yes. You should trust me. Have I ever lied to you?' But you don't need a technical expert to unravel this yarn. Let me guess, it cures ebola now? Add that to termites, rot, decay, mold, fire, tornado, hurricane, flood, earthquakes, comets, alien invasions, zombie robots, and whatever I have forgotten from the PR's.
