Markman hearing transcript

I think the important thing is the decision. At that point the transcript will not really matter. I am expecting that WDDD should do well since the law form spent months studying to take the case.

Even with all of the problems, can can not see there being any serious problems with the Markman hearing.

I live within 50 miles of the courthouse but I did not go to the hearing since I expect it would be 'routine' for the law firm representing WDDD and not an issue of concern as a shareholder.
