Have to admit I've been duped by shorts in my naive past, before I learned that hedgies actually post to stock MB's - believe it or not, the ones warning of impending doom are much more accurate than the ones pumping a stock. Avg'd down is a losing game for the most part, has only worked once in my investing career (ARNA), and now even those gains are gone, in the red since it dropped below $4. Don't even ask me about the biggest abortion of a trade I've ever done, swapping AVNR for AMRN!
