I've owned and followed Pran for a few years. Personally I thought it may be large short position(s) covering. Agree on the $4-5 target. Not expecting to see anything interesting until around February when the extension results will be produced. If it was insiders buying it would be the first time that's happened. Rudy holds options and very little stock. Kempler gets his awards and has diluted himself down from 40 something % to 3% over the years. This is not a well run company but they have two great drugs and a valuable portfolio of compounds.
