The only way you're going to find out is by contacting them. If you can't that alone should give you your answer.

Asking on a message board won't help. Unless, of course, there's to be an attempt to pump the stock.

Btw, placing "INOL" at the very beginning of every post is a typical way of getting these pumps noticed.
