Not surprising. For years LVLT has been crushed down under a huge mountain of debt, and it is now taking on a bunch more debt. That is obviously viewed by many as a huge negative. Longer term shareholders, and those who have been around since the late 90's through all the hype and the initial run up to $130 prior to all the revers splits, have grown weary of the huge losses in the investment debacle that has been LVLT.
