I used to think that if dilution slowed or stopped soon, as promised, by FS then you could make a buck or two with PEII. The ONLY one making money off investing in PEII is Floyd Smith. This is a penny stock scam at its finest. He makes sure to do all the scamming within SEC guide lines and blatantly files statements that spells out what he is going to do to investors, yet most don't read the statements and believe his radio show hype. This stock is pure snake oil! The only time to even considering investing into PEII is AFTER 200BOD of oil is confirmed pumping and legitimate sales are on the books to prove it for all to see. Then maybe a SMALL investment might be in order. Problem is, this will NEVER happen as FS makes easy money taking it from "starry eyed want to be overnight millionaires" that want that lottery ticket; that is PEII shares paying off as they soar in value. Go buy a scratch off ticket instead, you have better odds then ever making a dime here with PEII.
