10K is due Wednesday and as expected eco puts out some fluff press release(s). K should give some answers as to how well HD is going and any sales or profitability but it will only be as of june 30...key is look at convertible notes and subsequent events and see if Conman shares any truths and doesn't hide things.. curious to see how close he is to the 10 billion authorized...imagine Eco almost having 10 billion shares issued..ten billion!
