Don't want benefit of the doubt, you should know with a high measure of certainty. But it takes a strong effort to find that level of truth.

So they probably have ample evidence to back up the accusation.

They have very little, or nothing, on Kandi, or that case would be in litigation.

On me, certainly nothing. It's unfortunate that there is really no recourse in posting/publishing such gibberish.
