Well we can agree on one thing!

At this stage, MC is hardly a top selling brand

Finally! We can agree on something! JAMN sells about $4 of product at each retail location each day. Starbucks makes that much is sales with each coffee order.

and to be honest not something MP really needs.

Actually, if MP wants their RealCups to work, then they do need JAMN. JAMN is their biggest seller for RealCups products. It's got a famous name attached. It gives them validity and brand recognition. This is why they gave JAMN $2.5 million - to keep the brand alive.

They have a team of accountants who had the exact same information you had, and could easily see MC is struggling.

Yes; JAMN is definitely struggling. Even with a cash infusion, sales have been flat for 3 straight quarters. Struggling, struggling, struggling. Without another cash infusion, I don't know if they'll make it 6 months. I'm glad we agree on that point!

No, this is all about long term and the enormous potential that MC has. This is why they made such a huge commitment and which is why they will continue to support MC until such potential is reached. Most likely 2-4 years.

How else can they support JAMN? They can't buy any more stock based on the current agreement. Where else is a cash infusion going to come from? Who is going to bail out JAMN this time? The problem with needing 2-4 years is that JAMN probably doesn't have that amount of time to turn things around. Sales are flat and they're almost out of cash. Again. It's a head-scratcher for sure!
