I have to disagree with that.

MP has all the faith in the world in MC and will continue to support them.

Have you seen any such public statements? If I gave a company more than $2.5 million and my value was down by 1/3 and half the money was gone 3 months later, I think that I would have some doubts about the company. JAMN has not done well at all since the MP investment.

The real cups are compatible, which is why MP has no problem with this partnership.

It doesn't matter if they're compatible or not. There are only 2 scenarios.

1) Remington does the roasting and packaging and MP gets nothing out of the deal

2) MP does the roasting and packaging, then Remington puts their name on it, all of which increases the costs for JAMN, who can't afford increased costs.

We don't even know where Remington will sell these products; I don't see it resulting in much more in sales for JAMN.

The soul association award was huge and will bring MC even more exposure.

It was actually the Soil Association. I keep hearing that this deal or that award or some other partnership will be "huge", but sales have been flat for 3 straight quarters, soon to be a 4th. JAMN has a fraction of the sales that they need to break even, compared to being close to break even a year ago (i.e. all that they've done is increased their costs).

The fact is, most Americans have never heard of the Soil Association. They won't hear about the award; they won't hear about Marley Coffee or JAMN; and they won't go to the store to buy any. Marley Coffee UK (it wasn't even JAMN's product that won) wasn't even up against other coffees in the category - did you see the runner-up products? They were up against coconut water, tomato juice, almond milk and a couple of other products that I don't even understand. The only other product that had a chance was the mango and pineapple smoothie.
