I'm not saying that Stan, Gill, and Art didn't do anything wrong. I'm just saying Stan Lee Media is never going to get any rights to Marvel's characters.
And, if they thought there was collusion of wrongdoing, why didn't they file back prior to 2007?
It's a pure attempted money grab and that's all. I hope the judge really sticks it to them. I hope Disney counter-sues for a billion dollars, sink that hedge fund. (edit), that is backing Stan Lee Media in the lawsuits.
As far as POW! is concerned, the hedge fund could buy some shares and sue Stan and Gill. I would probably help support the hedge fund people. Stan and Gill settled that other lawsuit so there is probably evidence of wrongdoing somewhere.
