I really don't think Stan Lee Media matters anymore. I don't think Stan Lee ever owned the rights to the Marvel characters, so he could not assign them to Stan Lee Media. If Stan Lee did own them and assign them to Stan Lee Media, Stan Lee Media broke the contract, when they couldn't keep paying Stan.

It sounds like this judge isn't going to put up with Stan Lee Media nonsense

The hedge fund guy would have been more successful backing the Kirby family.
