It is photographic evidence, Note in lower right corner of print/logo TPI. TPI had told the ConMan to stop using their name in June 0f 2013. TPI discovered they'd been had by a conman, and by October sent a cease and desist. that's why the Current ES-ICC 3rd party is QUI and no longer TPI. changed nov 2013. But this photo was taken at an Home Depot outlet March 2014, the conman continued the TPI claims at least 8 months after warning, 5 months after ICC-ES change. WHY?? because TPI had a fire rating!! . , that's consumer FRAUD!!.

And finally, an photograph outsourced fire rating test by an approved testing agency. It failed miserably!! The reporter said it burned as if there was nothing at all, just the same as untreated lumber!
