I added some today a bit under that and I lowered my cost average fractionally. I figured if this range was good enough for the CEO, I could buy a few shares too. In case folks don't know you're kidding, the short interest for HALO at under 16% is nowhere close to those topping the Nasdaq list. INSY tops it today at 65%
