I looked at the property currently active....it needs a lot of work...the listing itself is deceiving. .. I have done rentals years ago and flips.you. cannot do flips at this level of demographics. ... I do not know what other projects they have but it is hard to beleive they are acquiring homes for under10k and also into properties in the hundred thousands...I see very small time operator taking investors for a ride....
