Wow what a joke! Am I the only person on this site that is looking at these filings and reading into what is going on here? Forget the penny players the numbers being filed by these guys is ridiculous. How can anyone in their sane mind actually believe anything about this farce!
Has anyone looked into the mgmt wages paid out this year. Wish I made that kind of money running a business making absolutely no revenue!
How about the fact that they file without going through the proper channels. What just make up the figure without a legitimate independent auditor to verify the numbers? How about the fact that the CEO used to sign off as not just CEO but Director / President and CFO or maybe it was CAO. Either way on the 8k filed he has conveniently refrained from giving himself the title of CAO or CFO whatever it was. All and all VERY questionable behavior for such a prudent and obviously well schooled CEO.
