Class action suit??? Investors at any time believe what is reported by company...Eco has claimed their products have achieved certifications etc etc etc...IF recent reports prove otherwise to Eco's claims then one would think Eco must be held accountable...or ATLEAST its officer(s)!
HOW can Eco mislead investors to believe their products claims and later see proof to dispute their certifications...$$$$$$$$$ have been lost and even in pinkyland someone needs to be accountable! Can Conman walk away laughing? IMO I feel he has played his hand wisely and has accepted Eco is going under BUT he has set aside $$$$$$$$$ so he doesn't care! End of story.
