The PPS might hold here unless the market continues this 300 point drop days, then I might miss my that .50-.65 projection. As of now I have been right on. Am I buying here? No!

1. I think the markets could drop 25% from here and could get 50% drop from these pennies.
2. TPIV still has no doe.
3. I am not up on management. They have not shown they can be trusted with what they say, i.e, uplift this year. Not going to happen. I believe to accomplish something, you do what you have to do to make it happen, lawfully of course. That is what I look for in management.
4. They have not proved their ware. Maybe they will present some progress before years end. I want to catch a going concern going up with progress/successful events, then weighing what that progress could mean for the future.
5. I don't want my money to be tied up in a stock that is on the regsho list every day.
