I'm not guessing about the Remington deal - it's a press release from JAMN. If the deal included the MP RealCups, they'd be mentioned in the press release (MP would insist on it). And if MP is involved in the process, it just means that JAMN's expenses are greater, meaning that their gross margin is even smaller.
