a lot of loyal shareholders have lost a lot of money due to the past history of ron/joe. Which includes dilution and a huge reverse split. ron promised profits, so far NO PROFITS, the average shareholder owns this stock in the many dollars due to the reverse split, where as ron/joe took care of themselves by getting millions of shares, while the hard working honest shareholder got screwed.
