I believe Kim was referring to the capabilities right now on a dime, what could they produce. You can't gear up a vaccine you have not put to market yet, so it's a safe number. If they had govt backing on such a project and needed to go full-scale, I'm certain that number would change. The key now is to protect front-line workers, health care and graveyard workers and the like.
