for deletion or usergui:
1) close tos platform
2) on the desk top right click and then click on properties
3) when viewing the folders look on the left side for usergui
4) right click on only this one file
5) delete the usergui file
6) close the window
7) click on the desktop icon and wait for it to download again form the server.......this can take a few minuties........only do this when not in a hurry
