I thought from the beginning that this not likely to be a quick booming business. It is all well and good to buy distressed property but until the market recovers there is not much reason to expect you can buy it cheap and sell it for big profit quickly. It is dirt cheap for a reason. And that reason goes beyond a specific property. It is the area it is in. The market is still depressed. The higher profits may take a year or more to see a turn around that would change a depressed area into a recovering area.
