I expect not much more than the current bid.. susquehanna,pa. is depressed area as well..... If you go and punch in susquehann,pa into search on the ebay ,you will find a second listing as well from Prdl.... A little better but same area. I will try to find more of their listings this weekend. should not be too hard... I cannot beleive they are getting these properties for much less than the bid price... Have to be losses in my opinion .. I think their software has a glitch....LOL
