Nope and I warned people of this.. the 2013 ended up bogus, the ConzMan increased the authorized 5 days before that BS meeting.. and what's worse was, there were some people who actually went to the meeting for the vote, who had no clue ConZMan made it effective before, blindsided with BS. He'd elected himself sole board member, which gave full control.
Then in Feb 2014 held a board meeting with himself and a couple of mirrors, and voted to give himself billions more share.
It's just a scam designed to fill his pockets with cash, prob has a huge coke habit too. ($80 million up in smoke and mirrors, while snowing in vista Ca.)
