WHATS to understand...Steve has majority shareholder vote control so he alone can have his own shareholder meeting as officer/director and make whatever decisions/changes he wants...basically he does what he wants or needs to survive and all at the OTHER SHAREHOLDERS expense...what company has only one officer/director in control of decisions...answer only ECO! Eco is Steves own piggy bank....fyi, he will amend R/S ratio to whatever is needed and it surely isn't 20:1 ...try 200,000 :1
