GOOD MORNING Everyone!
I am pleased to report the results of my first use of Blau Aire in the lowest level of my split (rec Room/utility room). This stuff is powerful and performed exactly as advertised. The homestead CEO (I'm just the CFO) said she is mighty impressed and summed it up as smelling 'fresh'. My nose rates it as clinical/almost neutral. In any event, all lived-in basementyish odours have been neutralized; couches curtains and all.
